Additional Info: Ordered a sandwich from the restaurant. There were visible signs of cross contamination but I'm not allergic to any food products. Gloves were not changed. My husband had some kind of black sauce in his sandwich not sure what it was (looked like soy sauce). The corner table has mold all down the walls.
