Subway Nachos Sickens Customer - Subway, Albuquerque New Mexico

I ate here on Sunday. I had the Doritos Chicken Nachos and had 1/4 of a footlong cheesesteak. On Sunday night, I got what I thought was just an upset stomach and indigestion. I assumed I just ate late, and it didn’t set right. On Monday morning I woke up at 3:20am, and I still had an upset stomach and what I thought was indigestion. I ate an early lunch (around 7:30am) and finished 1/2 of my Philly cheesesteak footlong. By 10:45 my stomach felt much worse. I stopped to get a sprite, but nothing seemed to help. By 12:45, I spent a good 20 minutes repeatedly throwing up in the bathroom at work. I continued to vomit the rest of the afternoon. I eventually went to the ER because I could not stop vomiting. I was given several injections and iv fluids to treat my symptoms. I had to get an additional dose of IV fluids and anti-nausea today. I have missed two days of work and have never felt this sick in my whole life! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Indigestion
