Subway Meal Causes Illness - Subway,

I ate a philly stake and three hours later I awoke from sleep in extreme stomach pain I vomited and have diareah still, my stomach is very upset and sore inside and I still feel sick from it. I felt like I was going to pass out from the pain and then I started vomiting my head in a container because I had diareah at the same time sitting on the toilet. It came so suddenly and was so extreme. :( I still have the other half of the sub. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Soreness
