I got a toasted footlong oven roasted chicken at Subway from the mall on my lunch break. Within an hour of eating it I got what I thought was a tension headache. I felt overheated and a little sick but was able to finish the last 4 hours of my shift. After work I went to a different restaurant, thinking that maybe I needed to eat something else to get rid of my headache. When my food arrived I started feeling nauseous and could barely take a bite. I had to ask for a to go box. I stopped by my mom's work to ask if I can wait in the car until she got off in 20 minutes and once I got to the car I tried to lay down but started throwing up several times. At one point I threw up when the car was in motion and vomited the most the second we got home. Luckily we had some anti-nausea medicine, this helped suppress my need to vomit long enough for me to fall asleep and sleep the rest of this food poisoning episode off. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
