Red Onion Suspected Illness - Subway, Norwich England

Symptoms started Saturday 31st Jan Not 100% sure but only thing I ate out of the ordinary was a subway I ordered a steak and cheese melt on hearty italian. It came with lettuce, pickles, sweetcorn and onion. I believe it was the red onion that was contaminated. AS my partner had the same food, minus the onion and he wasn't affected. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
