Charlotte airport. Was violently ill on 7/19 after eating a salad at Summer House. Vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and nausea. It is more than 24 hours later and I am still not fully back to normal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
