Everything was fine until the radish dish came out. Based on my 15+ years of experience working in the food & beverage industry, I am 100% sure that the radish is spoiled based on the smell, taste, and texture. I have worked at a Michelin restaurant as well, so I know my tastebuds well enough. I went up to the staff members to discuss about this issue, but they insisted that it is not spoiled and that it is just a bit too sour. After eating this radish, I didn’t feel so well. I would like to report this issue and hope someone could actually resolve this serious matter, because this restaurant is a decent food chain industry, so it is very serious to keep the quality of the food for each customer. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
