Throughout the course of this month, unaware of the fact it could be due to such cereal. I was not sure, but I stopped eating such name brand cereals such as "General Mills" , "Post" , and "Kelloggs". The diarrhea can sometimes be explosive simply 1 hour after a single bowl. The cramps are immensely heavy- as if you ate bowl before sleeping then woke up with such pains to use the bathroom. But, that constant morning bathroom pain flows consistently throughout the day until you're naturally able to flush it out (tea , excessive water , and some other fruits that can maneuver through your body properly). The groggyness I tend to get from after using the bathroom is a bit unbearable, a runny nose tends to appear , groans and moans due to the physical pain in and out tend to come and go. Although the signs of a runny nose go away, everything else stays, 100% the nausea especially. The nausea plays a grand aspect. Making me lose my appetite wholeheartedly even while my food is in front of me. As unfortunate as it may be, I'd rather eat once a day now than endure the pain I've been enduring in the last month. As I slowly cut off such cereals (due to my doctors words/confirmation) I transfered over to whole grain, no sugar, oatmeal filled, lower than 200 calorie cereals. And truly, they have worked WONDERS on my digestive system and my whole being. I switched over around 2 weeks ago and it only took 3-4 days for the justice to start wailing in on me. It has wondrous effects on the body if the body is truly going through a dilemma. And if people are actually getting poisoned somewhat by these other cereal brands like I felt I did, then switching to the most healthiest cereals around is the source to a justified, healthy digestive system. Im glad you guys are around to hear us out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Cramps, Itching, Runny Nose
