I live in Cyprus by 5 years and several times I found expired food sold in the supermarkets / peripteros : beans, cakes, bread, eggs, biscuits.
I got sick several times. The worse In 2015 when I ate expired beans (after cooking)... I felt I was going to die, even after vomiting I felt completely weak an knocked out for a week. Terrible.
Always chek the expire date, because they never do. Food quality is aweful. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
