On March 25th, my family and I ate at Sushi Village Wisthler. Half an hour later I had terrible stomach cramps, vomited and had diarrhea. The next day I was too weak to ski or do anything. I went back to the restaurant to tell then and I was welcomed by "must be an allergy" comments. Nothing was done to show empathy (for example an offer to reimburse the meal) which I thought was a big mistake. Finally, they did after a heated phone conversation. I understand that incidents can happen in a restaurant but the way the GM handles the situdation is key. Obviously, here they need to review their policy to makre sure customers are treated well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
