I believe it was a salad I ate the salad alone while working, I was the only one in my household to get sick. I ate the salad starting at about 2:10 PM, and my stomach began to hurt around 9 PM. I had intense vomiting and diarrhea all night. I developed severe dehydration and had to go to the Emergency Room.
