Additional information: I ordered a kale ceasar salad around 7 pm on 9/26 and woke up sick with vomiting and diarrhea around 3am 9/27. This was the only thing I had eaten since lunch and was throwing up kale and liquids. I am still ill with a fever writing this at 5;45pm 9/27 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
