Crunchwrap Supreme Illness - Taco Bell, St. Louis Missouri

5 years ago reported by user-ngpw3529 business

Taco Bell, 10035 Manchester Road, St. Louis, MO, USA

10035 Manchester Road, St. Louis, 63122 Missouri, United States

At around noon I had a crunch wrap supreme and a diet Pepsi. Within an hour I was feeling some nausea, which became more intense and was accompanied by diaphoresis. Watery diarrhea started around 2pm and lasted until 5am. Lots of diaphoresis and nausea, some dry heaves that night. I was unable to eat or drink even a swallow without intense nausea and more diaphoresis.
It's 9am, I kept my morning omeprazole down. Still having epigastric pain and feel like crap. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Gas
