I ain't 2 crunchy tacos and one locos taco with verde and mild sauce, about 3 hours later, the diarrhea began,then the cramps, and vomiting. I went to the ER, they said I had virus gastritis from eating contaminated food...all I ate was Taco Bell. I'm still sick! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Cramps
