Food Safety Report: Taco Bell.

Ate taco bell 11/19/2015 around 7:30 pm and within the hour nausea, vomiting and diarrhea set in causing me to leave work, losing wages and gaining points against me. The vomiting continued through the rest of the night and stopped around 4 am. I had no symptoms prior to eating my meal from Taco Bell and it was the only meal I had eaten since breakfast early that morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
