My Mexican Pizza tasted weird half way through. Four hours later I was vomiting with severe stomach pains, chills, muscle spasms, headache and diarrhea. I also was so dizzy I almost fainted. I was able to stop vomiting and sleep through the night. The next morning I was still nauseous, but went to work. When I started to walk around the severe pains came back with the dizziness. My boyfriend came and took me to the emergency room where I nearly fainted while my hands seized and half my body went numb from the severe pain in my stomach. Diagnosis was severe food poisoning. This place has gone downhill within the last few months. The last three experiences have been awful! And now that I’ve been poisoned I doubt we’ll ever be back. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Muscle Spasms, Numbness, Dizziness, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
