The only thing I ate on Saturday December 27th was a taco bell chicken quesadilla combo and I became violently ill about 6 hours later. I spent the next 24 in excruciating pain vomiting and with diarrhea. 2 days later, I still cannot eat any solid food and am too sick to do anything. I was totally fine prior to that. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
