I ate at Taco Bell on Tuesday, August 4th, 2015 around 1:00 pm. At 2:00 pm I started to develop stomach cramps and frequent bowel movements. I went to bed early that night, but did not sleep due to the stomach pain. I got out of bed at 12:15 am to the most explosive diarrhea and vomiting one can imagine. Shortly after that, I developed a fever, bad headache and a bad backache. I was so weak that I could not stand more than 2 minutes without throwing up. I called out of work that day. I finally managed to get some sleep with the help of Tylenol on August 5th, 2015 and did not have another episode other than a slight fever, headache and fatigue that I still have today August 6th, 2015. I will never eat at Taco Bell again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Weakness, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
