I ordered a lux box about 130 am on feb 13 2025 at Taco Bell next to the best western ,del taco, McDonald’s , jack and box and perris burger off perris blvd and the 60 freeway in Moreno Valley I ate the soft taco about 145am went to bed around 3am and woke up about 7am with vomiting and dihreha. I lay here in bed now sat feb 15,2025 @ 820 pm no more vomiting but still diharha and horrible cramps my stomach still grumbling. The last couple days my husband taking care of the mess I’ve left trying to get to the toilet. He has tried to get me to eat and drink but I haven’t been able to keep water down I only p*e it out my bu**. I tried s cracker my mouth is so dry I can’t eat it. I’m too weak . If I still in this shape tomorrow I will go to the urgent care and write back . I’ve never dealt with this before but this is very painful and I wanted to let that Taco Bell know I’m sick and if Antone else has gotten sick too. Also I don’t eat out often . I cook at home .
