When to the Fairfield location Monday around 8pm. I ordered the triple melt burrito box. After I ate the meal around 11pm I started to see signs. First it was feeling nausea then a sharp pain in my abdomin. I tried to hold it in but I was forced to vomit and spent all Tuesday morning voimiting. I thought the symptoms would subside but I was wrong when I got my bowl moments back. My stool was black and tarry and when I felt my bowl moments move through my body. I have a sharp pain eveeytime. it is now wenesday and I have checked my self at in the er at my local hospital since my health hasn’t been getting any better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
