Had street fries and a cheesy gordita crunch, got the worst food poisoning I have ever had. I was up all night vomiting so hard I was choking and shaking. I also came down with a 104 fever the next day and was extremely dizzy, fatigued, and weak. I could barely walk let alone drive so I had someone take me to an urgent care where they gave me an IV. The doctors ruled out the flu and covid so I am thinking it must have been severe food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fatigue, Shaking, Weakness, Dizziness
