Purchased a #3 combo and a nachos Belgrade today 9/27/21. The burrito and taco tasted ok but I noticed the nachos tasted different.About 3 hours later I felt nausea, a headache and severe diarrhea. Currently experiencing symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache
