I am submitting a report of a suspected foodborne illness affecting my wife and me after eating at the following Taco Bell location:

Date and time of purchase: July 9, 2026 Pickup time: approximately 7:48 PM
Order information: The order included a Meal for 2 and additional items. Total purchase amount: $33.89 Receipt/order confirmation is available upon request.
Illness timeline and symptoms: My wife and I consumed the food from this order after receiving it at approximately 8:15 PM on July 9, 2026. Within a few hours of eating the meal, we both began experiencing symptoms.
Symptoms included:
- Severe nausea
- Abdominal bloating and discomfort
- Diarrhea
- Dehydration
During the illness, my wife experienced a significant drop in blood glucose. She uses a continuous glucose monitor that provides alerts through her phone, and her blood sugar reached concerning low levels during the period of dehydration and difficulty maintaining normal food and fluid intake.
We have not sought medical treatment at this time; however, we are reporting this incident because:
1. Two individuals who consumed the same meal became ill.
2. Symptoms began within a short period after consuming the food.
3. The illness resulted in significant dehydration and blood glucose complications.
