Significant roach infestation and several dead pests and live roaches were found inside the business. They were hiding in holes in the walls, below prep tables, the dishwashing area, and beyond.
In addition to the bugs, they had tomatillos with mold-like spores growing... on them, cooked rice was stored in a T-shirt bag, and slices of cheese were stored on top of raw beef.
The business was told to hire pest control, patch up the holes, and thoroughly clean the place.

I bought a chicken dish with strips at 15:50 on 08/11/2023 at Taco Bell at Shopping Pátio Paulista. At the time I placed the order, not even three minutes passed and the order was ready, causing me a lot of weirdness. An hour and a half later... Bix Produce of Little Canada, MN., is issuing a voluntary recall of Grab N’ Go containers of cut cantaloupe and mixed fruit cups due to the potential for Salmonella contamination in the products. These cantaloupe products were derived from cantaloupes that were involved in the recent Malachita... cantaloupe recall. The affected cantaloupe products were distributed from October 19th through October 20th, 2023, and were sold in the states of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin at convenience stores, delis, and business cafes. To date, there have been no illnesses reported related to products distributed by Bix Produce.
-Consumers, restaurants, retailers, and wholesalers should not eat, sell, or serve recalled cantaloupe or recalled products containing cantaloupe.
-Consumers who may have frozen cantaloupe or cantaloupe products for later use should check their freezers and throw away any recalled products.
-If you cannot tell if your cantaloupe is part of the recall, do not eat or use it.
