My son eat food from taco bell yesterday around 11:30 am 3 hrs later he start having a lot nausea, vomiting, headache, that was his only meal during the morning , mom took him to hospital around 6:00 PM diagnosed poisoning food., Hope not more people got sick from eating in this place , but if people did we need to report it , fast food is not our best meal or lunch I know is not the best for us but we deserved just a little atencion in how they cook and handled this food. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Headache
