Food Safety Report - Taco Bell, Dunn North Carolina

6 years ago reported by user-mhvqj456 business

Taco Bell, 721 E Cumberland St, Dunn, NC, United States

721 East Cumberland Street, Dunn, 28334 North Carolina, United States

Had a Chicken Burrito Supreme Combo, no onions, and Nachos Bell Grande, started feeling extremely nauseated within a couple of hours, woke up next morning, nausea had increased, then began having violent diarrhea and vomiting, quickly followed by aching, headache, fever and chills, becoming extremely weak and dehydrated before I was able to take any liquids or food. My husband is immune suppressed, I am just glad he didn't get it, which also leads us to believe it was food poisoning. I will never eat there again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Weakness, Chills, Body Ache
