Ordered at 9am 4/22/22, 2 chalupas and 1 regular crunchy taco combo.Throughout the day i was feeling nauseous, stomach pain and unable to eat or not hungry. I went to walgreens and walmart trying to find something to ease my symptoms but none worked, 12hrs later without eating anything else besides this food early morning you would think you have an empty stomach, well here i am vomiting all the food like if I had eaten it 1hr ago. I feel somewhat better after vomiting but the stomach pain still persist on my left side. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Loss of Appetite
