Severe E. coli Hospitalization - Taco Bell, Alleyton Texas

Continue above spent 5 days in hospital. E coili , Surgeon stated sever food poisoning , having trouble reporting in Texas due to COVID .  My bulls are almost $21000, and caused my heart rate to go 45 and blood pressure above 174.  Ate the re at 5:20, by 8:20 started getting deathly sick, I was only one who ate there. Started getting stomach cramp y 8, and vomiting by 8:30-9, passed out in bathroom, woke up dirreria, and blood, 
April 22, 2021, ate 1/2  burrito, and taco, at 5:20pm by 8:15 sever cramp, vomiting, and pasted out in bathroom.  6 hours later a ambu called and rushed me to Columbus Hospital,  still throwing up | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps, Bloody Stool
