I ate a combo on 02/07/22 at Taco Bell at Paulista Center 3. Already in the early morning I started to show the symptoms: intense vomiting, diarrhea and nausea, in addition to a febrile and painful body. It's been 4 days and I still have severe diarrhea, nothing to eat in my belly.
