Got tacobell before I went to work yesterday.i ate one taco. and a hour later my stomach started cramping.a hour After that I started throwing up at work. Threw up 5 times in 3 hours. Then the diaherra started. I had to go home from work 4 hrs early. and go to the er and get a shot to calm my stomach. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
