About 2 years ago bought tacos around 6 PM during Summer. Came home. Right after consuming them, I began suddenly getting very dizzy than nauseated. The Dizziness got worse and worse, unbearable that I couldn't bear to open my eyes and had to keep them closed with my head down on the table. I eventually vomited. And lost bladder control. I couldn't move to clean myself up. As I was still so nauseus and dizzy. After about maybe an hour or more I barely was able to move and try to clean myself up. It came on so sudden. It's been bothering me for years what happened. I saw back in 2018 that an 18 year old male ate a Burrito at the same Taco Bell at night. Woke up the next morning Dizzy and nauseated and vomited. So as I googled to see if anything that was similar to my experience would come up and I saw this. So, that's why I'm writing this now. It made me think even though his experience was back in 2018 some time ago and my was realatiivly in the last 2 years. It makes me think because it was similar to my experience but mine happened immediately after ingestion. In about 15 minutes or less. So I'm wondering now even more, what happened to the both of us by eating food that had something in it that did this to us? It could have been way more serious. I was really sick. He was younger and may have been not as bad off as I was. Somethings not right there and needs to be Investigated before it happens to someone else. And they may be even worse off then the two of us. I'm concerned a lot now, that I see this report and don't take it lightly. Somethings not right there. Please don't take this lightly. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
