Earlier today .I bought a chicken power bowl around noon.. I had a a busy so I had water for the remainder of the day around 7 :30 I started feeling nausea.. that led to me vomiting for hours along with diarrhea.. I feel so sick I couldn't care for my 3 month old baby the way I should Started feeling nausea upset stomach then I started throwing up along with diarrhea... it when on for a while I thought I was going to have to go the emergency room... I couldn't even care for my 3 month old baby that's how sick I felt | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
