I ordered a bell grande nacho meal and beefy five layer burrito . I had it for dinner Wednesday night , woke up early Thursday morning with ingestion and chills . I took some tums thinking it would help . Soon as I swallowed it . I started throwing up violently , and had to go into work which turned out to be miserable because I was in rest room every 10 min . It’s Friday and I’m still dealing with constantly having to have to go to the restroom . I don’t think Iv ever had food poisoning but this is terrible whatever I have . I noticed there was a fly in my drink after I got my ordered . order. I’ll never eat here again in my life with how I feel. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
