Burrito Illness: Fever, Vomiting - Taco Bell, Ellensburg Washington

I had a beef burrito supreme around 4:00pm and began to feel bad around 7pm when the diarrhea started. I started to throw up around 9pm and was up for 6 hours with all of the above symptoms plus fever/chills. I had only had tea earlier in the day because I was busy so this was my only food for the day, which means this was definitely the culprit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
