Taco Troubles: Severe Illness - Taco Bell, Holt Michigan

I ate (2) hardshell tacos from Taco Bell around 5:30pm last night. I did not consume any other food after the Taco Bell. By 7pm, roughly 2hrs later, I was dry heaving/gagging from stomach pains & cramps. 11pm -5am I was puking consistently all while have explosive diarrhea. It’s been complete chaos for the last 12hrs for me, so cruel. Hopefully I get better soon. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
