I had eaten a healthy homemade meal prior to eating Taco Bell on December 31st around 9pm. My friends had the tacos and so did I, but I also had a beefy 5 layer burrito and the next morning I woke up feeling horrible with extreme nausea, abdominal cramping, diarrhea, fever and chills.
