I went to taco bell and had lunch. Within in 3 days I started feeling terrible. It takes 3 days for food to digest which is the day I started feeling sick. I had little movement and a severe burning sensation through my stomach that would not go away. Then my bowel movement became black and the next day green. Those are not normal colors that normally says there is something wrong with your intestines but then I got better after the 3rd day. I'm a 110% positive it was from taco bell because it was the only bad food I ate. Within 3 days I was all better | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
