Taco Lunch Causes Illness - Taco Bell, Concord California

Hi I ate taco bell for late lunch at about 3pm yesterday and all day from that time till now 5:30 am the next day I have been visually and literally sick to my stomach chills, diarrhea vomiting I can't keep anything down it is absolutely horrible my body has been aching from how hard I was vomiting. It has gone away a little to where I know it is definitely food poisoning because of the symptoms I am showing,I can only hope it's gone by later today.
