Burritos Cause Severe Vertigo - Taco Bell, Concord California

I ate a couple burritos from there 2 hours after i ate taco i quickly got lots of diarrhea and vomited a lot. I then became dehydrated. everything seemed dizzy and confusing. I went to the ER and given an IV drip feeling a bit better. Next day comes around and im once again feeling extremely nauseous and dehydrated with new intense vertigo
