The evening meal was fine while eating it. About three hours later, I started to feel weak. I got the chills, followed by the sweats. Had diarrhea the next morning, tired and weak. Lots of burping. I want to vomit to clear out my stomach, but have only achieved one small vomit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Sweating, Burping
