I was on my lunch break and decided to get taco bell and after about an hour of consuming my beefy crunch burrito with creamy jalapeño sauce I had to vomit and had horrible diarrhea. I was let off work early so I could go home and was pretty glued to the toilet seat for the rest of the day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
