Ordered 2 chipotle chicken melts and a burrito supreme with soft taco combo from the drive thru around 9:30pm last night. By 11pm I had chills, cramps and diarrhea. Within the hour I was vomiting. It lasted until I was finally able to fall asleep around 2am. No symptoms this morning except for muscle soreness from all that heaving. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Chills, Soreness
