beef supreme chalupas Went to drive thru at 7pm. Ordered combo meal two beef chalupas, hard shell and mango ice tea no ice. Went back to work. Within an hour I wasn’t feeling good. Went home early at 9:30. Was having severe cramps. Had cramps through out the night. Unable to sleep. Woke up 3am. On the toilet for an hour. Diarrhea. Even afterwards the pain persisted and still feel the need to empty bowels   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
