Ordered at the drive thru at 11:45 . Came home and ate 1 crunchy taco, side of beans and nachos at 12:15. At 2 o’clock began feeling nauseated and. At 2:45 began to vomit violently. Also, broke out in a full sweat. No diarrhea yet but my bowels are rumbling. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Diarrhea
