I ate 2 hard shell taco supremes at 11 pm last night. I was woken up at 8 am with horrible stomach pains and lightheaded. I went to the restroom and vomited during a 45 minute diarrhea session. Vomiting during diarrhea is the worst. I had a fever of 102.8 at that time. I just got back from my doctor appointment and I tested positive for E. coli.
