My dad grabbed one of those box things that had burritos and hard shell tacos and I ate some without much thought. The next day I woke up at 3 in the morning with vomiting and diarrhea. For the love of god just don’t go to here.3 AM in the morning today, I filled out a report here after going to my doctor. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
