I ordered the 10 piece chicken nuggets, the large nacho fry, a large baja blast that I didn't finish, and a grilled cheese burrito. Out of these items, the only one that made me sick twice in a row was the Jalapeño Honey Dipping Sauce the nuggets came with. I threw up within 3 hours of consumption and have had a fever, chills, headache, nausea, cramping, and general sickness since. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
