Shared a nacho fry with my husband, only ate 1 fry dipped in the cheese, nacho bell grande with no beans, Felt (still feel) nauseated within the same hour, headache, stomach cramps, nauseated, diarrhoea, vomiting, chills. (When they first handed me the cup for the drink there was a bug in it (small black beatle looking thing, they changed the cup right away. Very ill all night so far. NEVER AGAIN will we eat here. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Chills
