I went to taco bell about 10:30 am. I ordered the chalupa meal, which includes two chalupas and a hard shell taco. About 1:30 I started to feel nausea and stomach pain. Initially thought it might be the stomach flu, but it felt different. About 2 pm I started throwing up all the food I ate at taco bell. I have puked 10 times total so far. Worst stomach pain of my life. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
