Flatbread steak sandwich and combo burrito with onions. Ate around 1 AM, didn't feel sick until I woke up the next morning. Ate a lot of tums, came very close to throwing up, didn't have any appetite until around 9 PM | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
